At DeluxePick London, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and supplier terms, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

To be eligible for any resolution:

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds or returns for the following:

  • Change of mind or mistaken orders
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Incorrect sizing (please check the size chart before ordering)

Order Cancellations

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed and sent to our supplier.
Our system begins fulfilment shortly after an order is placed, and at that point, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

We recommend double-checking your cart before placing your order.
